I found a great deal for Business Class Flights despite late booking on Cheap-O-Air. It is a great base for my mix of business and holiday trip as it is really a much more comfortable journey rather than in the Economy Class, where seats got closer together over the years and narrower despite people got bigger and also the behavior of some passengers taking more space than they actually should have make such a trip really different and when arriving relaxed one has more from the time at the destination and after coming back home.

I have booked several times and it is an amazing accurate and efficient service

They are one and the same!

My booking on Turkish Airlines was supposedly confirmed as a Booking Acknowledgement #773xxxxx was issued and emailed to me by OneTravel.com, immediately after my "successful booking" on 2 September 2022 at 5:17 pm.

On my end, I received two different phone notifications from my bank that stated two transactions had been completed and successful!

I found out that OneTravel.com charged not ONE but TWO separate charges for the same booking I made through OneTravel.com.


The first charge was completed and successfully transacted on 2 September 2022 at 5:12 pm to TURKISH AIRLINES for more than USD 600 (flight only)


The second charge was completed and successfully transacted on 2 September 2022 at 8:21 pm to ONETRAVEL.COM for more than USD 650 (flight and insurance)


I found out that OneTravel.com had used my card details to pay my booking # 773xxxxx to Turkish Airlines instead;

Then INSTANTLY cancelled my booking with Turkish Airlines!


Yet, on the same evening of 2 September 2022 at 8:21 pm, they transacted ANOTHER charge to my bank, this time payable to OneTravel.com.


Once these two transactions were completed and successful, OneTravel.com sent an email to me to claim that my booking "was not confirmed yet."

I kept receiving the same email, over the next one week although, on my end, my booking was confirmed since two completed bank transactions, were successfully deducted from my bank, yet I received the following email:

(From OneTravel.com) "This email is to inform you that we attempted to contact you in regards to your request for assistance with the above-mentioned booking made with us which requires your urgent attention.Your travel is not yet confirmed. Please be informed our most recent attempt was on 9/9/2022 at 11:14 PM at the phone number(s) you provided us at the time of making the booking.

Request you to contact us between 8 AM - 2 AM EST on our Customer Service Department at 6467384820 or 6467384817 to speak to one of our travel consultants .

No airfare is guaranteed until tickets are issued

OneTravel.com team"


I made repeated calls and emailed OneTravel.com but NO response from OneTravel.com. It has been 15 days since my first call and email.


Then on 14 September 2022 @ 1:32 am, I received a call from +16465613001 a lady who claimed to be from CheapOair FLORIDA, and yet she spoke with a very thick Indian accent!

She wanted to reconfirm my name, which I found, strange as I did not buy anything from CheapOair!!!
Anyway, once she clarified my name, she hung up as soon as I talked about my booking on Turkish Airlines on 2 September 2022 made through OneTravel.com.

I have yet to hear from OneTravel.com.

Please EVERYONE be CAREFUL!

DO NOT BE SCAMMED by OneTravel.com and CheapOair! They are SCAMMERS who operate what looked like legit websites or third-party travel agents. They use different business accounts and websites to scam you, as many times as possible.

I will be reporting their scam activities to the authorities and encourage those who were scammed by them to do the same as well. I hope the international cybercriminal authorities (such as the ones in the US, Singapore, India and wherever else they operate) will take immediate action and punish them accordingly under the law as soon as possible. These criminals must pay for their fraudulent activities!

I have been trying to get a refund for airline tickets since June 2022. I have had zero luck. I purchased international airline tickets for $3200+ which included travel insurance. The airline canceled my flight an hour before it was supposed to depart. I was told to contact travel agency I purchased tickets through only for them to give me a run around. I sent several images and proof to affirm(loan I used), tripmate(travel insurance), and CheapOair (travel agency) They have neglected to honor the policy. I am at a huge loss here. I paid $3200+ for service I didn’t receive. I
Hate to start filing lawsuits but it’s my only option. Do not book airline tickets at CheapOair!!!! Even with the national airline cancellations going on, CheapOair will not give your money back. The travel insurance company they use is also very bad and unprofessional no call backs or anything!

Long wait for agent chat and issues not fully resolved

CheapOAir is very deceiving considering my following repeated demand:
I repeat that in Chat I agreed to pay USD $ 400.0 only and not USD $ 4854.00 for changing my return flight from 05/25/2022 to May 26th due to mandatory PCR checking at Sharjah Airport. Hope, it clears my demand of refund of USD $ 4854.00. Pls Refund this amount ASAP…

Worst 3rd party to book flight tickets. Never use it. The customer service reps don't know anything and will transfer your call from one department to another. Plus, the wait time from one department to another is outrageous.

I have been using CheapOair since 2019 and have now booked and used three flights from Africa to the USA in that time. I have not had a problem once my questions were answered. My biggest complaint is when calling an agent, the company uses someone in India whose English is limited at best. I have to repeat my request several times and then they have to repeat their answers many times because the accent is too thick for me to understand. That is saying something because I live in Africa and deal with people from India on a regular basis and have very little problem understanding their accent.

Know how to book your flight. Know the layover time and consider the airport where you have to change planes. Know how to search for the right flight for you. It will save you a lot of headaches.
